Description
The paint is a water-dispersion suspension of fillers and special additives. The paint forms a white coating with a matte surface, containing (60–70) % of dry residue. For fire protection work on metal structures, the presence of an anti-corrosion primer is mandatory. The coating is designed for use in all types of buildings (without restrictions) indoors at temperatures from -5 °C to +30 °C and relative air humidity not exceeding 80 %.
Fire protection efficiency
Fire protection efficiency groups from 7th (15 minutes) to 1st (150 minutes), depending on dry film thickness and consumption. Complies with ST RK 615-2-2011.
Application
Brush, roller or airless spray (nozzle 0.019–0.023 inch, pressure 150–180 bar). The paint is ready to use and can be thinned with water up to 5 % if needed. Consumption for a 1.0 mm layer is 1.65 kg/m² excluding losses. An anti-corrosion primer is mandatory.
Packaging and storage
25 kg plastic bucket; other pack sizes are filled into the customer's containers. Shelf life in undamaged packaging is at least 12 months.
